WORKOUT

Studio 5 full body exercises

Squats holding dumbbell that looks like a bulls ring. Hold the ball part  at chest and go down and up

Burpees or level 1 drills. Stand- go down to plank- come back up
            Then do it on 1leg
             Then do it with a hop on the one leg when you come back up

Lunges with dumbbell s and continuous movement. Go from one lunge hop into the next
